Fallout 76 Sales Down 82% - Fans Have Spoken

One of Fallout 76 biggest mysteries has just been solved, Why the hell they call it Fallout 76, well as it just turned out it was just Bethesda guessing how much this sale would drop from Fallout 4, Well they were wrong they should have called it 82.

The critic reviews may not be in for Fallout 76 just yet but what we do have are the opening weekend sales figures, According gamesindustry.biz Fallout 76 sales are down a whopping 82% over the Fallout's previous franchise entry fallout 4.

I must point out that these sales figures are only in the UK physical and retail and don't represent global sales, digital sales or trending decline in physical sales, despite it's falling sales Fallout 76 still managed to take the third place in the UK charts behind first-place Spyro Reignited Trilogy and second place Red Dead Redemption 2.

Clues as to why consumers have stayed away from the title aren't exactly difficult to find in places like Youtube and Reddit are rife with stinging critiques of the game, People are unhappy that it's an online multiplayer game are not a true sequel to Fallout 4 that it doesn't appeal to the core audience, There was the limited BETA test which opened only a few weeks prior to launch isn't even BETA at all at that stage, Much of the game seems like it has been copied over fallout 4, lock picking, hacking, and shoddy animations included.

There is poor performance across all the platforms, The PC version doesn't offer simple features like MOV slider and the framerates are locked at 63 FPS, As also the fact it isn't selling on steam there is also no human NPC's in the game and the world just feels empty, and the pvp actually sucks, the enemies buggy, has broken quests, glitches, crashes, instability etc.

This game makes Fallout 4 look good in comparison, there is also the fact that reviews from gaming outlets are nowhere to be seen, The Metacritic scores for Xbox and PS4 are currently ZERO  as not enough of outlets published reviews, Yet the PC reviews are showing us 54% based on four reviews, and that's all the consumers have to go on right now it's pretty slim pickings, You can't put that down to a crowded release window or just that reviewers did not have access to the game prior to launch they are all probably busy playing Red Dead Redemption 2 or Battlefield or Spyro, Reviewers aren't reviewing it and consumers arent's buying it
