Yeah thats right EA is likely to be prosecuted for just being greddy and stubborn . As for how the investigation well go nason said the quote " If the investigations makes us wrong we well advocate revising the gambling law so that we an tackle the loot boxes "
So with the loot boxes reportedly making up 67% of all revenues for EA which is around 3 and a half billion american dollars every single year you can see why EA dont want to concede any ground here because it could set a very unwelcome financially crippling precedent for them .
EA are sticking to their guns and they probably got to court over it i mean you can see that happen and it probably got the finances and the resources to be able to fight this in court is the last thing EA wants to do is to concede that it is gambling and take loot boxes out of free form and to see more card pack are the fee for all the team because once they concede belgium watched up Evans well come along and every one else in europe and even north america from coming along and saying that they are gambling and that 67% revenue that 3 and a half billion dollars every year theyr just no why they want to concede single inch of that because once the cards start falling here they all fell down .
