NBA 2K19 Disgusting Monetisation

If you thought that the 2k would learn their lesson after the criticism they received for the NBA 2K18 microtransactions then you are about to get benched some NBA 2K19 launched this week for a major platform and to see the game as a microtransaction hellhole would be putting it a little bit mildly .

Just like last year 2K19 has a progression system build all around virtual currency . Virtual currency can be earned through a long and grueling grind or of course you can splash over 100 dollars of cash and get them instantly .

virtual currency is not about how you progress in the game . It is also about how you buy everything from stand provements to cosmetics items absolutely everything and if you thought the ability to buy virtual currency would be hidden away in its own separate menu then it is time you hit the shower .

Then prepare to be sent to the locker room .... You would be wrong is what i am trying to say 

Even when you go to quit the game you are presented with a gap VC burn directly under the quick burn essentially begging you to spend more money . AT that point you well be like " Get ME out of this F****** game i just wanna get out " 

Some NBA 2k19 have noticed that the free to play mobile version only offers purchases up to 60$ purchases of VC while the the full priced home console release lets you make up to 100$ of purchases on VC .

NBA 2K19 and microtransactions are literally more predatory than the free to play mobile version . However if you been keeping up with the games reviews you may have noticed that the game did not get slammed or dunked by the news outlets .
